The study discusses the advantages of adopting hybrid workplace model by organizations. is based upon survey conducted on IT organizations in India. From survey, it was found that employees perceive more work-life balance, creativity, better well-being from working remotely. remote also contributes to physical and mental health employees. Also, observed most were favor as compared traditional model. Thus, can be concluded work a win-win solution for both employers has important managerial implications terms exploration implementation
